  • Lock your spot & pricing in with a $400 deposit OR pay in full.
  • Trip prices increase as seats are booked.
  • Make partial payments with your “pay link” in your confirmation email.
  • Your remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.
  • Receive your confirmation email with what to expect next.
  • Followed by a series of emails with absolutely everything you’ll need to know.
  • Receive your welcome package, by mail, filled with travr swag.
  • Join the group chat to say hello to your travel buddies and share flights details.
  • Receive your final itinerary with hotel details, airport shuttle suggestions, & meet-up times.
  • Meet in the hotel lobby for a brief intro, then off to your welcome dinner.
