Arrive early to our centrally-located Reykjavik hotel and begin your day by exploring the city by foot. Later, we’ll meet in the lobby for a quick intro, followed by a fun-filled Icelandic family-style welcome dinner while getting to know your new friends.

Today, you’ll have time to explore Reykjavik, Iceland’s Largest City. Enjoy this beautiful coastal city by scheduling one of many tours or activities offered at our city center hotel. Or enjoy the day exploring the city on your own, visiting Hallgrimskirkja church or the museums to learn about Iceland’s Viking history. Later, we’ll meet up for an exciting night outside the city, away from any light pollution, where we’ll enjoy the magical brilliance of the Northern Lights.

Today, we’ll take a bus to Husafell. We’ll begin at base camp for a safety briefing and necessary winter gear and helmets. Next, we’ll snowmobile across the glacier’s vast snowy wasteland and marvel at the incredible surroundings. Later, we’ll take a journey into the icy netherworld, deep into a magnificent human-made ice cave beneath the glacier. We’ll stop for a quick visit to the famous waterfalls, Hraunfossar and Barnafossar, before we make our way back. **2 PEOPLE PER SNOWMOBILE

Take today to relax, sleep in and explore at your leisure, stopping for an occasional frothy Icelandic beverage in Reykjavik. I suggest a local food tour. Or, get up early and enjoy your free day outside the city on one of the many tours like the Golden Circle, Ice Glaciers, Black Sand Beach, or maybe some Whale Watching. Either way, explore solo or invite some of your new friends. Remember to check the group chat for dinner tonight.

Today, we take a short bus ride to the incredible geothermal, electric blue, steamy waters of Blue Lagoon. Enjoy a complimentary drink and mud mask while relaxing in this iconic spot. Upon return to Reykjavik, enjoy the remainder of the day at your own pace. We’ll get together for some drinks, dancing, and nightlife later.

Enjoy today at your own pace, explore the city’s shops, or take an optional day trip or excursion. Later this evening, we’ll meet up for our fantastic farewell dinner at one of Reykjavik’s best restaurants, sharing stories of our travels, and making plans for our next trips.
